By now, most conservatives who have spent any amount of time online have come across Babylon Bee – a hilarious Christian-themed satire site that pulls no punches and for whom nothing is too sacred to make fun of.
Their brand of humor is a breath of fresh air and perfectly suited for the times.
Here’s just one example:

The humor is irreverent and always perfectly topical. That’s why I was a bit surprised to see a serious offer from Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillion to hire recently-ousted CNN personality Brian Stelter.

Babylon Bee Offers To Hire Brian Stelter
Stelter, who became a punching bag for his obsession with Fox News and nearly unlimited deference to the Biden administration, broadcast his last CNN show on Sunday – so the hiring offer comes at the perfect time.
And as Dillon points out, there may be no better man for the job, based on the description:
Hey @brianstelter, would you be interested in working for the Bee? We’re looking for talent with experience putting out funny fake news. You come highly recommended. Shoot me a DM if you’re interested!

It’s seems like a nice fit: Stelter is available and certainly has experience putting out funny fake news.
Dillon’s job description doesn’t mention it, but Stelter not wearing pants at work is also in line with the Babylon Bee’s dress code:
why would Stelter air this clip of him doing a live shot without pants on his own show? pic.twitter.com/uiR9Y65aMm

As of this writing, Stelter hasn’t responded to the offer – but Dillion offers further enticements to get Fox News’ most dedicated viewer on board:
He hasn’t replied yet, but the offer stands. We offer excellent pay for men, decent pay for women, and several intangible, non-monetary benefits that aren’t worth mentioning.

Stelter’s Record
Last week, The Political Insider’s Rusty Weiss put together a roundup of some of Stelter’s greatest TV moments.
Aside from the sans-cullotes segment, Stelter got absolutely annihilated on his own show by author Michael Wolff.
Wolff, who is no friend to conservatives, really let Stelter have it – saying on live TV what practically every conservative would like to tell Stelter about what is wrong with the liberal media.

Fortunately, workaday viewers did get the opportunity at least once to tell Stelter what they think of his “journalism” when he joined C-SPAN for a segment:

The Kids Are Alright
Stelter’s finest moment (probably) came at the hands of a college kid.
As Rusty Weiss wrote: “CNN’s Brian Stelter appeared a bit flummoxed after a college freshman confronted him over what the student described as CNN’s habit of pushing “disinformation” that “magically” benefits only one political party.”
Here’s what University of Chicago freshman Christopher Phillips said when given a microphone at a forum featuring Stelter:
“You’ve all spoken extensively about Fox News being a purveyor of disinformation, but CNN is right up there with them.
“They push the Russian collusion hoax, they push the Jussie Smollett hoax, they smeared Justice Kavanaugh as a rapist, and they also smeared Nick Sandmann as a white supremacist. And yes, they dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop affair as pure Russian disinformation.
“With mainstream corporate journalists becoming little more than apologists and cheerleaders for the regime, is it time to finally declare that the canon of journalistic ethics is dead or no longer operative?”
Stelter, of course, brushed off the criticism as a “right-wing narrative.”
Watch:
Brian Stelter just got called tf out by a college freshman for every major hoax CNN has pushed.
His response was “that’s a popular right-wing narrative.”

In all seriousness, my advice to Mr. Dillon and our friends at the Bee would be to hire Russell Brand instead.
He’s actually funny, and he can easily transform into Brian Stelter for any segment that requires it. Here’s proof:
