Kanye West made an impromptu appearance at the Los Angeles office of shoe-maker Skechers SKX, -0.52% on Wednesday, the company said.
Skechers says West “arrived unannounced and without invitation at one of Skechers’ corporate offices in Los Angeles. Considering Ye was engaged in unauthorized filming, two Skechers executives escorted him and his party from the building after a brief conversation.”
The company also added that is it not interested in working with the artist.
“Skechers is not considering and has no intention of working with West. We condemn his recent divisive remarks and do not tolerate antisemitism or any other form of hate speech,” the company said in a statement. “The company would like to again stress that West showed up unannounced and uninvited to Skechers corporate offices.”

It’s unclear what West, who now goes by the name Ye, was attempting to do at the Skechers office, but the move comes just a few days after Adidas ADS, -2.39% cut ties with the artist over his recent anti-semitic remarks.
West had designed apparel and shoes for Adidas since 2013.
West is no longer a billionaire after losing his Adidas deal, according to estimates. West has lost business partnerships with several brands amid the firestorm over his comments, including Gap Inc. GPS, +1.25% , Balenciaga, the talent agency CAA and the production company MRC, which had been working on a documentary film with West.
