Walmart is putting out a “help wanted” call for new truck drivers, and the company is willing to shell out big bucks.

The big-box retailer announced it was giving drivers pay increases to “ensure Walmart remains one of the best companies in the world to drive for.”

“These latest investments mean Walmart drivers can now make up to $110,000 in their first year with the company,” the company said in a statement. “And that’s just a start — drivers who have been with Walmart longer can earn even more, based on factors like tenure and location.”

The change will increase the starting salary for first-year Walmart drivers from $88,000 to a salary range between $95,000-$110,000, according to CNN.

Walmart is one of the few big-box retailers that owns its own trucking fleet. The company employs about 12,000 drivers.
