A vehicle has exploded at a bridge between US and Canada, near Niagara Falls. Two people inside the vehicle died in the explosion.
An eyewitness to the explosion said he went to a window of the government office he was in to start recording after he heard a loud boom.
“Everything was in flames,” said the witness, who goes by “Chorkor Millionaire” on social media.
US officials inside the building then told people to move away from the windows and to a lower floor, and then eventually took people to the Canadian side of the border.
