President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he’s preparing for a visit to Kyiv by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Sunday, and hailed accelerated arms supplies that could enable Ukraine’s military to step up its counteroffensive.
