With the hiring of more staff, Eminent Ecom states, the company will work to ease its 1-2 month backlog in orders, created by the high interest from individuals who are considering investing in e-commerce on Amazon.
The announcement comes as e-commerce remains a popular way for consumers to purchase products. While sales at brick-and-mortar stores have bounced back since the end of the lockdown produced by the pandemic, online shopping is still largely seen as a convenient way to purchase goods and services. That perspective is backed by the United States’ e-commerce sales in 2021, which grew overall at 14.2%, driven in part by the holiday season. While it is impossible to predict where e-commerce may go, few doubt that the industry will remain an option for buyers, as it is full of products that can be purchased from a consumer’s home and shipped almost anywhere.
