The 2022 NFL Draft is shaping up to be all about three teams: the New York Giants, New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles.
Both the Giants and Jets will have a pair of top-10 picks while the Eagles will have three of the first 19 selections.
Here’s what CBS Sports predicted in its latest first-round mock.
Jets
The Jets have a pair of first-round picks in 2022: their own, plus one from the Seattle Seahawks as part of the Jamal Adams trade.
4. Ahmad Gardner, CB, Cincinnati
I trust NFL Media’s Lance Zierlein for draft comps and he threw out Richard Sherman for Sauce.
10. (from SEA) Kayvon Thibodeaux, EDGE, Oregon
The Jets go for the best player available here on a team that could use plenty of defensive help.

Giants
The Giants have a pair of first-round picks in 2022: their own, plus one from the Chicago Bears as part of the deal which sent Justin Fields to the Windy City and Kadarius Toney to the Big Apple.
5. Ikem Ekwonu, OL, NC State
A high-upside lineman with versatility.
7. (from CHI) Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame
Hamilton gives them a rare talent at the position, albeit on a potentially hefty rookie contract for a safety.
Eagles
The Eagles are sitting on three first-round picks: their own, plus one from the Miami Dolphins in the DeVonta Smith trade and one from the Indianapolis Colts in the Carson Wentz trade.
15. (from MIA) Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia
Dean isn’t Roquan Smith but he’s a three-down linebacker with a lot of power to his blitz game.
16. (from IND) Tyler Linderbaum, OL, Iowa
Jason Kelce just re-upped, so center isn’t a “need” for the Eagles. But imagine giving Linderbaum a year’s worth of tutelage under Kelce.
19. Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama
This would constitute a major talent haul for the Eagles.
