Beyond Meat Chief Operating Officer Doug Ramsey was arrested this weekend after a physical altercation in a parking garage following an Arkansas Razorbacks football game.

Ramsey, 53, was charged with terroristic threatening and third-degree battery Saturday, according to booking records at the Washington County (Ark.) Jail. He was released Sunday on $10,000 bond.

According to the preliminary campus police report obtained by local Arkansas television station KNWA/Fox 24, a road rage altercation saw Ramsey punch through the back windshield of another man’s Subaru in the parking garage after the vehicle made contact with the front tire of Ramsey’s car.

A responding police officer found “two males with bloody faces” at the garage just outside Razorback Stadium after Arkansas’ game against Missouri State. Occupants of both vehicles got out to help separate the two men.
