Footage shot by a passer-by shows a house flowing down the Swannanoa River in North Carolina last Friday, crashing into debris left by Hurricane Helene. No injuries were reported by local authorities.
An onlooker filmed a shipping container and roof building floating down and hitting a utility pole on the same river.
At least 200 people are now known to have died in the hurricane.
Hundreds more are still unaccounted for, thousands are without power, and fresh water supplies are dwindling.
