American actor James Earl Jones, best known for being the voice of the Star Wars villain Darth Vader, has died aged 93.
In a BBC HardTalk interview in January 2012, the Oscar-winner laughed when host Stephen Sackur asked him if he resented being so closely tied with the Star Wars character.
Jones also discussed discovering his iconic, booming voice as a teenager, after he was unable to speak for much of his childhood due to a stammer.
