The Foundation for World Peace Via Universal Truth Explains the Rising Secularization in America and How Christians Can Become More United

CAPTAIN COOK, HI / ACCESSWIRE / May 20, 2022 / An update to the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible – with 20,000 changes – will be available in print this month. The revisions represent more than four years of work of the National Council of Churches and a large group of scholars in the Society of Biblical Literature. Changes to the bible were released digitally in December 2021.

But religious scholar and Biblical researcher Michael Basalyga, founder of The Foundation for World Peace Via Universal Truth, says all these “updates and re-interpretations” of the Bible are exactly why so many self-identified Christians (including Protestants, Catholics, members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and Orthodox Christians) are leaving the church even though they make up the majority of the U.S. population at sixty-three percent.

According to a 2021 Pew Research survey, people who identified as Christians are down 12 points from seventy-eight percent based on statistics from 2011. In addition, the share of U.S. adults who say they pray on a daily basis has been trending downward, as well as those who say religion is “very important” in their lives.

However, Basalyga is not surprised. “A wealth of knowledge was taken out of the Bible,” he states. “That is why so many Christians are confused by the teachings and contradictions. Yet, the root cause of all this comes from the Bible having so many serious foundational errors due to ancient and intentional mistranslations.”

The Foundation believes that more Christians would return to biblical studies if the “hidden secrets” of the Bible were revealed. By teaching ‘the wealth of knowledge of knowledge that was taken out of the Bible’, their goal is that individuals will better understand themselves – and, by doing that, obtain the secret to not only Christian unity, but world peace.

After 10,000 hours of biblical study spanning 50 years, Basalyga wrote his book Imagination of God, which Jewish scholars at the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies confirmed to be accurate and found his discoveries to be “unbelievably advanced.”

Although The Foundation sees the importance of why revisions to the Bible are necessary, it is their full mission that Christians can achieve more unity and understanding of the Bible by applying one simple tenet to their lives. “Jesus was not sent here to start a religion, nor should the Gospel ever be seen as being in competition with the Spiritual Wisdom from cultures and religions around the world that dovetail with the teachings of Jesus,” Basalyga says. “According to the Bible, we will all be judged in the end, not based upon our self-inflicted religious labels nor what we claim to believe, but by watching how we treat one another.”
